The filling is where the magic happens. We use a medley of fresh vegetables including finely chopped cabbage, carrots, onions, bell peppers, and green beans. These are mixed with aromatic spices including ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, and a hint of soy sauce for that umami flavor.
